Board of Directors AdNovum Adrian Bult Appointed Chairman of the Board

As per April 1, Adrian Bult, acknowledged expert on the Swiss ICT industry, will take over as chairman of the board of the software engineering company AdNovum. Gratian Anda, chairman of the board since 2007, has decided to step down from his position after nine successful years. As majority shareholder of AdNovum's owner IHAG Holding, he will remain on the board of directors. Adrian Bult holds a degree in business administration and marketing from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has extensive management experience in Swiss ICT companies. He was a member of the managing board of IBM Schweiz, of the group executive board of Swisscom and COO of the bank software provider Avaloq. Among other things, Adrian Bult is currently chairman of the board of Swissgrid, member of the board of directors of Swissquote and responsible for the technology field ICT for i-net/BaselArea.
