New CSDO AdNovum: Johannes Hennekeuser to Lead Application Management

Effective May 1, 2015, Johannes Hennekeuser will assume responsibility of AdNovum’s Application Management unit. As Chief Service Delivery Officer (CSDO), he will be responsible for the further development of the unit, including operations and support, as well as for AdNovum's global IT strategy. He is also appointed a member of the Executive Board. By strengthening its Application Management unit, AdNovum responds to the increasing demand for customized maintenance services for business and security solutions.

Johannes Hennekeuser, 47, holds an MSc in Medical Informatics and an MBA of the USC Marshall School of Business. He has over 15 years of experience in IT management and worked for US technology companies such as Motorola, IBM, and Sun Microsystems before he joined Credit Suisse in 2003. In his last position as Head of IT Production Services at Credit Suisse, he was responsible for the restructuring of a support organization that serves 600 business applications.
